The end survey element can then be customized to display a custom message or redirect to a specific website.

If you have a large block of questions, you might consider using this in conjunction with Skip Logic, which you would have skipping to the end of the block (rather than the end of the survey). This allows you to quickly terminate the survey without forcing the individual to go through the entire block of questions when they have already selected a choice requiring termination.
