Two weeks ago, we started a series of posts about Qualtrics University. You can read our previous posts by clicking these links: Diving into Qualtrics University and Video Tutorials. Today’s post will focus on assistance with the Qualtrics Research Suite.
QUALTRICS ASSISTANCE
The initial purpose of Qualtrics University was to provide an up-to-date manual for Qualtrics users. These articles are updated by our support and training teams as the Research Suite is upgraded.
To access articles about using Qualtrics, click “QUALTRICS HELPS” on the menu-bar of Qualtrics University.
This screen will appear. From here you can go one of four directions:
- LEARN QUALTRICS: This covers basic functions of the Research Suite. They are segmented based upon the blue tabs within the survey builder.
- ADVANCED FUNCTIONS: This is a series of articles and advanced features within Qualtrics. This also includes the “Coder’s Corner” with pre-written JavaScript for advanced features.
- GLOSSARY: Ever wonder why researchers have such a bizarre vocabulary? So do we. This glossary is where we demystify research-speak and put it in plain language.
- FAQs: As intuitive as Qualtrics is, we still hear some questions frequently. Here are our answers. If yours isn’t here, don’t worry, just call our support team and they’ll be happy to help.
You can also go directly to any one of these links using the drop-down list under “QUALTRICS HELPS.”
Once you click on any of these links, a sidebar will appear to the left and let you get to any other Qualtrics Helps article.
Finally, Qualtrics has video tutorials on features of the tool as well. To learn more, check out last week’s blog post explaining these tutorials.
