Research Helps in Qualtrics University

RESEARCH CONCEPTS

In addition to teaching users about Qualtrics’ features, Qualtrics University includes:

  • Over 70 articles on research concepts
  • A digital market research textbook
  • Links to other recommended texts for purchase

You can reach all of these features by clicking “RESEARCH HELPS.” This screen will appear.

From here, you can access research articles based upon any of these subjects:

  • SURVEY DESIGN: These articles give tips for designing your survey.
  • MARKET SURVEYS: These articles explore different types of market surveys with best practices for using them.
  • EMPLOYEE SURVEYS: These articles detail different ways to collect employee feedback and best practices for doing so.
  • DATA ANALYSIS: These articles describe different analysis options for your research.

You can also access these elements with the drop-down menu under “RESEARCH HELPS.”

The navigation along the left-hand side of these articles will allow you to access any of the aforementioned pages and the textbooks.
