Inactive Surveys Options
Select the message that will appear to respondents when they try to access your survey after it has been deactivated. You can either use the default inactive survey message or create your own using the message library.
Default Inactive Survey Message
If the survey is inactive/deactivated, this message displays: “Thank you for your time, unfortunately this survey has been closed.”
