When you first click on the purple plus sign you will be brought to a screen that displays the available libraries. If you know exactly where your survey question is you can browse to find it by clicking on the titles. If you don’t know where your survey question is you can search for it by typing a keyword in the box located in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up. Once you have found the question you want to add, highlight it by clicking on it. You can select multiple questions by clicking on them. A rectangle will appear at the bottom of the screen stating how many questions you have highlighted and will be added to the survey. To add the question(s) click on the small rectangle.
