While using Qualtrics it is best to use either Safari 3, Mozilla Firefox 3 or, as a last resort, Internet Explorer 7. We have found that the majority of our clients use these browsers, therefore, most of the product testing for our software occurs using these browsers.
Do not use the back and forward buttons on your browser, rather click on the blue navigation tabs, or the section that you were working in previously.
