The Message Library

In the message library you can store all of the generic messages that you send to panels. These include invitation email messages, reminder messages, and thank you messages.

Creation

1. Go to the library section of Qualtrics and enter the message library.
   • All of your messages will be displayed by category.
2. Click on Create message.
3. Give the message a name and choose a category.
4. Type the message as you want it to appear, remember that you can use piped text.
   • To enter HTML coding you must enter the source code to do this:
     1. Click on the menu arrow on the far right, this extends the options menu.
     2. Click on the <> button to access the source code.
