Place Survey on External Web Server

To set up a Qualtrics survey on your own URL, you will need to work with your IT department in order to set up a "redirect permanent" rule on a web server.

Set up:
Redirect permanent /apply [survey URL here]

Example:
Redirect permanent /apply http://survey.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_9XHK6F&SVID=Prod
