If you use similar surveys or questions repeatedly, Qualtrics can store templates of entire surveys or questions in the library making them accessible at anytime in any survey.
[edit] Saving a Survey to the Library
- Under the My Surveys page select the copy survey icon.
- When prompted select that you wish to copy the survey to the library.
- Give the survey a name and click on the copy button.
[edit] Using a Survey from the Library
- Click "create a survey."
- Select the option to create a survey from a template in the library.
- In the drill down boxes, find your survey.
- Click Create.
- In the Edit section, the questions will appear as they did when you copied the survey. Edit the questions and treat the survey as separate.
[edit] Saving Questions to the Library
- In the Edit a Survey section of Qualtrics select the copy button next to the question you wish to copy.
- Designate the question to be copied to the library.

- Click add a question.
- In the add question window, where you select the question type, scroll to the bottom and select "question from a Library."
- Using the drill down menus find and select the question you wish to insert.

Qualtrics Library has many templates available to users. Use these to learn the types of surveys that can be created given the situation.
[edit] Group Libraries
Users who belong to a brand and a group within that brand have the option of saving things to the group library. This gives all members of the group access to your surveys, questions, graphics, panels, or anything saved to the group library.
