Variable Recode

This option allows you to recode your variables. In order to get to this option, you first need to go to View Results. Then go to the More button (this is to the left of the Add Graph and Add Table icons). Select Analysis Options. This will bring you to a pop up. After checking the Variable Recode box, you can recode the values to numbers. You can also type in exactly what you want your variable to be recoded to by clicking on that variable. There is also an option to reverse the recode.
