Employees can decide when, where, and how to have this experience and then let us know what they learned. What did you choose as your Qualtrics Experience?

I had never visited South America, Qualtrics Experience allowed me to visit Peru and Bolivia.

One of our objectives at Qualtrics is to encourage employees to Learn, Lead, and Live. What did you learn through this experience?

Live: It was the first time in a long long while that I was able to completely shut work out for the duration of the experience.

Learn: The Inca Trail wasn’t necessarily a harder trail than what I normally do, but the new element of altitude made it a new challenge – anything can be overcome if you set your mind to it.
