Yesterday, Qualtrics announced a new integration with Marketo, the leading provider of engagement marketing software and solutions. The integration of these two industry-leading platforms will enable marketers to seamlessly send personalized Qualtrics surveys to their Marketo contact lists.

 

Marketo customers are using Qualtrics to uncover key insights at each stage of the marketing funnel, including:

  • Event feedback
  • Lead qualification
  • Win/loss surveys
  • Cross-sell and upsell campaigns
  • Loyalty measures and renewal indicators

 

In the past, users wanting to send surveys through Marketo’s Engagement Marketing Platform have had to manually export and upload lists between Qualtrics and Marketo. This integration reduces the process to a few clicks of a mouse. Not only will this save users time, but it will also enable them to easily ask the right questions at the right time to the right contacts to help drive higher conversion and renewals.
