You’re not super savvy with the whole Qualtrics thing. Maybe your boss or professor set you up with an account and now you have a major project you need to do, but you haven’t gotten very far. None of the terminology is familiar and you don’t know where to start. You’ve taken surveys online before, and you wonder what those people with the elaborate, randomized studies and slick visual themes did back when they were in your shoes.

If any of this sounds familiar, then you’d benefit from the Qualtrics Community.

Super users share their wisdom

Qualtrics Community is chock-full of experienced users who have answers for every beginner’s questions – but that doesn’t mean it’s just an exclusive experts’ club. Every user, regardless of experience, is invited to log in and participate. In fact, if anyone’s going to understand you, it’s our superusers! After all, they weren’t born encyclopedias of Qualtrics knowledge; they started out as Qubies (i.e., Qualtrics newbies) too.

Qualtrics Community hosts leaders from an array of backgrounds, so you can be as specific as possible when discussing your project. Are you a social psychologist? A market researcher? Ask if anybody else out there has experience with the same types of projects! You never know what kind of insights you may gain access to… or who you might get to network with.

Learn Qualtrics the easy way

When you’re brand new to Qualtrics, it can be overwhelming to decide where to begin. In the Community, you can ask other users what you’re looking for in plain speech. You’ll be speaking our language in no time.

And the fun way

The more you reach out, the more points and badges you collect. And as you learn, you’re rewarded for sharing your wisdom with others. Interact, participate in cool contests, and watch yourself rise through the leaderboards – you’ll be an expert in no time. And you’ll have much fun.

How do I participate?

Anyone with a Qualtrics account can join the conversation. Just go to Qualtrics.com/community and Sign In with your Qualtrics account’s info. From there, you’ll be asked to set up your profile and get started.

If you’re from an organization that uses one login portal for everything and you find you’re having trouble signing up for the community, check out our page on Logging in with Your Organization ID. (Or, if you’re having trouble logging into Qualtrics in general, check out our page on Creating an Account & Logging In.)

Once you’re in, read this post to learn all about what you can do with the community.
