At Qualtrics we want to connect our people to careers that feed their purpose; jobs that motivate & inspire them. This is Alex’s “Why Qualtrics” story.

I am a sales professional because it provides me with unlimited earning potential and the flexibility to do the things I love in life: travel the world, scuba dive, and visit family back home in Alabama. Qualtrics has allowed me to take ownership of my success, and while my role is challenging, I’ve never stopped growing and learning.

What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?

The people and culture. I have never worked for a company where management and your colleagues care about you as much as they do here. Both professionally and personally. It makes coming to work every day enjoyable.

What was the turning point where you ‘had to have the job’?

When it finally clicked with me that Qualtrics was truly creating a new category and defining the market. As a sales professional, you rarely get to be a part of building a completely new category of software that will change the way businesses operate in the future.

What is your top #LifeHack?

Approach everything with a positive mindset. Sales is extremely up and down, with a lot of things out of your control. If you can stay positive and on an even keel through all of that, you’ll always be successful.

Qualtrics is growing, and if you’re ready to find your “why” at a place like this, you can explore our open opportunities at any time by visiting our career page. Looking to discover more reasons “Why Qualtrics”? You can find the whole series here.
