I have worked at a few different software companies in the last 10 years. Every company said CX is very important, but no companies knew how to improve CX. They knew how to improve only the CSAT/NPS scores they can measure. Qualtrics is the only company who can actually improve CX. Also, I like working for start-up companies.

What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?

People are very nice compared to my previous NYC companies :). Through the interview process and onboarding process, every person was very open and helpful. I believed this company and business is going very very well. I’m lucky to join this company in this stage that is still a start-up, especially in Japan.

What does your day look like?

A very positive kind of busy, a lot of opportunities and need to do a lot of things, but I like it. Qualtrics is the fastest growing company ever I’ve experienced and I’m enjoying this fast growth.

What is your favorite part of your role?

I can educate customers and make a bigger deal. Before the first meeting, a customer might not know Qualtrics but after a few meetings, they become fans of us.

What surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?

A lot of training materials and transparency. When I need help any person will help me from anywhere; I don’t feel I’m working in Tokyo, Japan, which is far from US/AUS.
