In almost every role I’ve ever had I’ve helped organizations build relationships with customers or employees. I love thinking about what drives people, what makes them happy, what makes their lives easier. Qualtrics uses the latest technology to help clients do this at scale, which means millions of people that are happier thanks to Qualtrics.

What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place?

The people and the culture. Every single person I spoke to from Qualtrics was obviously smart but also incredibly nice and down to earth. The culture was also surprisingly transparent and focused on having an impact all while doing good (5 for the Fight) and maintaining a good work/life balance.

Working with my team to solve problems. Whether it’s a tricky client situation, a better way to do things internally, or tackling professional development.

Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics?

This is one of the most unique cultures I’ve ever worked in. It’s fast-paced, dynamic, transparent, and collaborative. Team fit is really important, on both sides. Ask a ton of questions to make sure you would enjoy coming to work every day.

What surprised you most about working at Qualtrics?

There is so much free food!!! I JUST discovered a whole new set of drawers filled with candy and snacks. You’ll never go hungry at Qualtrics.
