Raleigh

Software Sales Development Program

Sales Development is a rapidly growing division within the sales organization. The purpose of the department is to:
1. Generate qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel, generating new revenue.
2. To develop new quota-carrying Account Executives.

A day in the life of an SDR
+  You make 50+ cold calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day. In addition, you find and add 15+ new contacts to into your call cadence.+  You work with Account Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.
+ You’re the best with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
+ You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills.
+ You compete with yourself, your co-workers, and other teams.
+ You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, “oops moments,” and role playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement.
You’re self disciplined, accountable, and reliable.

Maria was the first woman leader to be hired in Dallas for Qualtrics and continues to push those around her to empower women in the workforce. Maria graduated from California State University with a BS in Molecular Biology. Maria serves on The Advisory Board of Professional Selling at Baylor University and the Customer Board of Outreach.

SDR PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Building your foundational sales skills to set you up for long term success (cold calling, prospecting, understanding qualtrics, our use cases, and value propositions
Starting to own more of the sales process, working closer with the Account Executives you support to learn more of the full Qualtrics Sales Cycle. Running Initial Qualifying meetings, sitting in on follow up meetings
Hybrid role. In this level you will have your own book of business, carry a small quota, and begin running deals all the way from prospect to close. Allows you to dip your toe into being an AE while still having the developmental piece of being an SDR
Mid level account executive, larger book of business and bigger deals. Able to continue to promote through the AE organization

Professional Sales Internship

Qualtrics is looking for Summer Sales Interns who are eager to learn the ins and outs of software sales. If you are a top academic performer going into your Junior or Senior year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, have previous sales experience and a competitive nature, we want you!

Our 12 week program is packed with professional development, building of sales skills, chats with some of our top executives, the sweetest Qualtrics swag, fun events, and more.
