I have been trying to do a mass upload of about 125 participants to a new project. I have always used the "import subjects" option with a CSV, and never had any issues. But today, every time I try to upload it gets stuck at 12% progress and wont add the participants. I've deleted the import and tried again multiple times, but it continues to stop at 12% progress. Anyone ever had this issue and know how to solve?

For the survey I am creating, three different roles (intern, mentor teacher, manager) will be evaluating a fourth role (field instructor), and the first three will never be evaluated themselves. I don't want to manually go through to mark a few hundred people as external evaluators if it's not necessary. Is there really a reason to mark someone as an external evaluator? Is there a way to do this through the import? Are there consequences for not marking someone as an external evaluator if they should be?
