We recently started a new survey and only want to share scores/comments with our stakeholders that meet a certain response count threshold. Through quite a bit of trial and error and then confirming on the support site, I have learned that the response count threshold isn't actually compatible with any widget including comments (Response Ticker or Record Grid). Nor is there a way to add comments to any of the widgets that are compatible with Response Count Threshold. This results in my having to export ALL comments and manually exclude those that don't meet our threshold.

Has anyone had luck finding a work-around to this?

I am using the Response Ticker widget to display the open-ended answers to two questions (Main Idea, Other Ideas). However when selecting them in "Content", Qualtrics chooses the order of display and ends-up displaying my Other Ideas before my Main Ideas. I tried un-mapping both, and re-adding them in the order I want them displayed, but it had no impact at all. Any idea? Or it's not something we can control and I can't force one to appear before the other?

Is there a way to do a custom metric that calculate the percentage point difference between two percentages? We have a high and a low percentage for about 15 items, and I’d like to create something that shows the difference between the two for each item, and whether it’s a positive or negative difference. For example, if one item has 33% for the high and 5% for the low, the difference is +28, but then we have an item that’s 30% high and 40% low, so that difference would be -10.

Is there a way to create that custom metric? I’ve tried doing one for each item that takes the high-low, but it’s not quite coming up with that number. In my examples above, instead of 28, it’s 0.28.

Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have the following problem: I have responses from a daily survey where each respondent belongs to one of several categories (more than 60), and I want to know what is the response rate for each one of this categories. For reasons I don't understand, the Distributions Table widget ignores all kinds of dashboard filters, so I only have the general response rate.
I created a new column which is a group by and count of each category, so if in a particular day there are 20 rows with category A , 15 with category B, and 30 with category C, then the new column looks like this:

rowNumber cat count
1 A 20
2 A 20
3 B 15
4 C 30
5 A 20

And so on. What I wanted to do is to create a Custom Metric consisting of the sum of all the respondents who finished the survey divided by whatever happens to be the count for that category that day. How do I do this last part? In the divisor I can only specify a Count, Min and Max or aggregate measures like Average. Is there any way to create this metric, be it as a custom metric or calculating it directly inside the widget?

Thanks.
