How to edit the email that notify the Owner when a ticket is created?

Hello! I need to edit the email that Ticket Owner receives, when a Ticket is created.
In atachment is the exemple. In red is the "name" I want to change, but there is other changes too...Someone knows how can we do that?

Just like to suggest you the approach wherein you can use email task along with ticket task (uncheck the email notify in ticking task to avoid multiple emails). In email task it allow you to put all the tickets data along with your own email content.
