When you use the question randomization function within a block, the page break function is over ruled (and you can only set a specific number of questions per image). I'm wondering if there's a JS code that can overrun this, and allow page breaks?

No, there isn't any way to override page breaks with JS. The reason is that JS only runs on the local browser (i.e., it only works on the current web page). Pages are controlled by the Qualtrics server.
I would love this idea, too bad no one has responded with anything that is helpful. We should add this to the product ideas forum.
