Individualized surveys workflow

Hi Community,
Our University wants to setup a Qualtrics survey for Students.

  1. Student Affairs team has 20 staff members and their Director wants to send General Feedback survey pertaining to the service quality of his staff members

  2. Is it possible to create one standard survey type questions , however, the links generated needs to be personalized to those staff members , so the rating given by the students directly relates to that Staff member was engaged with.

  3. What method can be useful for this case. can this be achieved by using Query string

  4. Does these kind of survey need to use CSAT or Touchpoint NPS

What I am looking for is the non-academic staff interaction with students for their support and engagement. Does the QClassroom help in this

Yes it does. However this use case can be done using Research core as well.
Since there are 20 staff members, a multi-select question can be be created with all the staff member as options. Students can select the members(one or more) he had an interaction with. The next block can be a loop and merge block which will execute for each selected staff member. Using piped text, you can relate it to the specific staff member.
