getting response mapping error

getting below error debug email after taking survey.

Error. Salesforce Response Mapping: Unable to login to salesforce, invalid credentials. Salesforce API error: INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out.

    Are you using actions or tools to log into SFDC from Q? If you're using tools, I suggest instead using actions. Actions seem to be much more reliable, in my experience.

    If you're using actions, I'd recommend editing your action and inputting the credentials you used again.

    I am getting this below in response mapping. after taking survey response.

    StatusCodeError: 307 - "The URL has moved here\r\n"

    Anyone knows this error ? why it is coming like this ?
