I have a 5 item scale which I want the order of to be randomised. However, I want a attention check within the block. I would like the attention check to always appear last is this possible?

How to randomised all other questions in a block, but always display one of the questions last.

You can keep the attention check question in the last in advanced randomization, and all other questions under "Randomise questions" as shown below:
