How to "Pipe" a Text Entry Response Randomly Selected from All Participant's Responses

Hi Everyone,
I have a Text Entry question which all participants will fill out. I am trying to create a new question later in the same survey (or a different survey if necessary) which will randomly "pipe" a randomly selected response from all other participants' answers to the text entry question - i.e., I would like the new question to have the possibility of including all answers except the participant's own response.
I am aware that piping is unable to do this, but I am unaware of how one would do this with Embed Data or otherwise.
