How to get the choices from "exportColumnMap" ?

Hi,
I receive the following JSON response after sending the request GET https://{...}.az1.qualtrics.com/API/v3/surveys/{surveyID}:

"exportColumnMap":{...}
....

Attached image is the screenshot of the "exportColumnMap":{...}
Is there a way to get the actual values of the "choice" instead of "QID57.choices.1" from the response set?
