Cannot reconnect to SF Sandbox

Hi, Anyone has issues with SF Sandbox accounts? Our Qualtrics account lost connectivity to SF Sandbox and we are failing to restore it. We tried to connect to a new Sandbox account, but we cannot even add it on the list on Qualtrics side. No error messages appear, just the account information is not saved🙄

Are you signing in through Actions or Tools? I've found that Tools can be really temperamental, so if you're doing it that way, maybe try Actions instead?
If you are using actions, try duplicating the action and then signing in through the duplicate.

Hi JenCX we have switched completely to Actions in the end of last year for exactly same reason you mention.
We have tried everything, incognito mode, even created a ned Brand Admin user to troubleshoot from scratch.. Nothing works. Contacted support, but so far they suggest what we have already tried...

That's so weird. I can't think of anything else to do outside of what you tried. Maybe a support escalation to engineering?
