I am making a survey for children and want to given them an opportunity to check their audio and make sure it's set to an appropriate volume. Is there a feature for this in Qualtrics?

No, it isn't a Qualtrics feature. You can use html to embed audio in a question's text and ask them to check and adjust the volume as needed.
