We have a 360 project that allows individual employees to request a 360 whenever interested - this request goes through our HRIS team and they initiate it. As our individual development programs grow, this is becoming very tedious for our HR team to be constantly triggering 360's as requests come in. Is there a ways to make 360s self-serve? Any examples of orgs doing this?
