Reorder Blocks Based on Embedded Data
Is there a way to display blocks in a specific order depending on country from embedded data?

Yes, you can insert the same block in the survey flow multiple times. So, create a branch based on your country variable for each different order you want to display the blocks then add/order the blocks accordingly.
