Hi Qualtrics users!
I've recently taken over the running of Qualtrics in my organisation and I've noticed something strange that I hope someone can help me with
When a customer replies to our survey, they get a thank you email. Nothing strange there I hear you think
The strange thing is I can't figure out where in the survey flow it's set to send !
There are no thank you emails set to send in the survey termination panel
There are no thank you emails set up in the distribution section.
So I'm kind of at a loss as to where this rule to send Thank you emails could be set...
Anyone got any ideas??!

Hi rmprest,
Check the Actions tab of the survey, or Tools -->Triggers-->Email Triggers.

Hi again MatthewM
Nope, the only option ticked in the survey options on the survey I'm looking at is a redirect to a URL !
I have found the than you message in question in the messages library.. I'm wondering if anything strange will happen If i just delete the message itself ?

There are (or used to be) triggers in mailing list settings, which allowed sending an email on adding to a mailing list for example.

Hi MsIreen

Nope that wasn't it..

I've just found the answer though !

The end of survey message has been customised to send an additional thank you message. Phew, so glad I found it!
