Stars Slider

Hi Everyone,
I was hoping if anyone can help for a javascript for this question.
I want to use the star slider, my question is about alignment which is showing to the right. If you look at the Tooltips is on the right side and the selection doesn't align. I want the alignment to the left. Also I want to expand this (have a bigger space/gap) between the selection and the stars. Is there a script I can use of this?
My second question. I want to be able to have a score of 0 to 5 on the star but the continuous interaction is not the feasable option for my question.
