Opportunity for Survey takers to provide their email address at the end of an anonymous survey

The last thing I want to do at the end of my survey is ask people to provide their email address if they are interested in being part of a second part of the study I am doing, so I can contact them.
But I don't want it linked to their survey as their survey is anonymous.
Can you please advise me on how I can do this?

Add a contact trigger to save the email address.

MariaQ May be this will help? https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/creating-an-anonymized-raffle/

MariaQ We are constantly adding a yes/no question to the end of our program evaluations that asks if respondents want to leave a testimonial. If they choose no then their survey experience ends. If they choose yes then they are redirected to a new survey where we collect their testimonial, name, and other identifying information but it is all saved in a different project from their evaluation. While we use different terminology, the example that MsIreen directed you to shows you all the steps we use in the survey flow with our yes/no question to save their testimonial and personal information in a different spot from their anonymous program evaluation.

What I do for drawings is to create another survey just for drawing and redirect them to the drawing at the end of the first survey that way the drawing information is not part of the first survey to make sure that the survey stays anonymous
