Deleting emails from original contact list

Good morning,
If I delete emails from a contact list that was originally used to send out survey links, can I then resend another link to that same survey? Will it bounce back as a duplicate? Will they be able to successfully access the new link?

If you delete emails (I am assuming its the entire record and not just deleting the email id), the survey link you sent earlier will become invalid.
You can add the same email again and resend the link without a problem.
Qualtrics keeps track of your email contacts similar to the Response ID that you see in survey results.
If you delete a contact. Then add another with the same details, they are treated as two different entities.
