Is there any way to automatically download survey responses to my desktop/drive/box/github?

Hi.
My organization does not have API access, and I can't get SFTP going.
I have quite a few surveys, and it would be a hassle to regularly download the results, and so an automatic solution would be great. I am willing to write some reasonable amount of Python code if it will allow automatic downloading.
Even if need to go to the Qualtrics website regularly, that would be fine if I could download everything with just one or two simple buttons.
I don't need PDFs of the responses. I just want the spreadsheets.

I don't know what you want to do with the data but you can schedule reports to be emailed in the Reports tab. It be be sent in a couple file formats (including CSV) and you can pick to have it daily.

Thanks for the reply. I would be happy to receive these as emails but the "reports" don't seem to be very helpful. I would like the "raw data" if possible, typically exported from the "Data & Analysis" page.

I am also looking to automatically export the Raw Data without API or SFTP setup.

Hi all - I wanted to hop in here and let you know that without setting up an SFTP or using an API, there isn't a way to schedule automatic exports of survey data or export all the data from multiple surveys at the same time. We'd recommend posting this as a new Idea in our Product Ideas category, so it may be considered for future implementation!
