Can evaluator names be shown with scaled question responses?

I know that by using tables for comment questions I can include the Evaluator name tied to the comment. How about with scale questions, like 1 through 5 agreement questions? When I create a table of the responses I get a distribution, but am not seeing a way to list each response rating with the evaluator name. Anyone have ideas?

    Do you mean Record grid widget? There you can add any columns you want
