Publish feature

Currently, whenever we correct a mistake that may be in an open survey, we have to send out all new survey links to our panel. Does the new publish feature eliminate that need by updating in real time, or do we still have to send out new links if we've made changes after the survey has opened?

My understanding is that Publish is real-time correction, however, it doesn't notify those that may have already responded to the survey that changes have been made to it. If people already responded, you'd probably have to resend them a new link (if using a Contact List) or ask them to respond again (if using Anonymous link)
