so I would like to create question similar to this one but I want to make sure that the respondent will fill at least one of the option within each choice group. Is there any way to do that?
I'm trying to do Javascript code but I don't know how to get the choice group id or something to refer the choice group to

Have three logic groups in IT. (FA OR FB OR FV) AND (VA OR VB OR VC)..

unrelated but how did you manage to make the headings and then have the options below it? I want to do the same thing for one multiple choice question but cant seem to figure it out.
