How can I omit one word when I translate comments?

I recive comments in Spanish, Portugues and Inglish and I translate all in to English to be analyzed in the text IQ. The thing is that for example my brand is called "Carros" and in some comments "carros" is been translated as "Cars". I need to omit the translation of the word Cars because it is my brand. So the Text IQ some times does´t work properly because the structure of the commen has change in a big sense

Is it possible to omit the translation of a word?
