How do I populate question text with a random selection of statements from a pre-determined list?

For example, say I have a list of 3 statements: Item is cheap / Item is durable / Item is well-designed
I want to show 2 of 3 attributes (selected at random) in the question text itself, and ask what the respondent thinks of a product with the following characteristics.
E.g. Picture an item with the following characteristics: . Are you likely to purchase it? (Y/N)
How would I go about setting this up? Is it even possible without some aspect of custom scripting? Note that I am oversimplifying the example here, and creating all the possible combinations / randomizing the options is not feasible.

Create a multi-select question with all statements. Add choice randomization to display only a subset of choices.
Now pipe-in displayed choices in the question text as applicable.
