I will be taking both the Employee and Customer XM L2 certs. Is it better to take 1 before the other? Recommended on demand or live classes to sign up for in preparation?

We recommend completing the learning journeys on Basecamp to prepare for the exam! Additionally, we suggest taking whichever exam you feel most comfortable with first and then completing the other.
