How can I print the total number of responses on a report ?

The best way I have found to do this, is to create a data table visualisation on the first question of the survey, using count, to generate the number of responses (see the attached picture). But the table then has column headings 'Field' and 'Count', which are irrelevant and unattractive. Is there a way to suppress the column headings, or another way to show the same data ? I also have the same requirement and limitation with displaying some numeric answers.

Hello @JAB ,

You can use Finished survey meta data to count responses and then in modify filters add filter as "Finished is True" .

Then use Gauge chart and set the upper limit of gauge chart as the total response, so that it appears full. See the image below!

These are system default names, we cant compress or rename these, only we can give header like "Number of Responses:" that you have given.

Other alternatives are:-
1.) Make simple bar using Finished=1.
!

2.) Gauze chart as suggested by @Shashi , is also a good idea.

@JAB there is also a nice option under piped text:

1) Insert a text field
2) choose the piped text option {a}
a) data sources
b) navigate to your survey
c) click the option Total responses

You don't have to have a graphic this way and you can just insert the number as a note.
