Editing Piped Text
When I am using piped text option, Its copying the right response however there is no space after the piped text, so

You can edit the piped text using Rich content editor options or HTML view option.

You have to give one space after piped field and using rich content editor You can format this.

click on the question text, click on "rich content editor", select "more" option and then select the text which you want to color or bold. You will see the "more" option just beside "<>" option. Below is the screen-shot in which it showing the option "less" since i've already clicked on the "more" option.
