Adding a spinning wheel into Qualtrics question

Hello,

I am trying to add a 3 section spinning wheel in a question with percentages on it (10% 15% 25%). I would like to make sure every time participants spin, the same result will appear (15%). I found the website below for code, but I have no coding experience and I just can not do it.
