Building a Survey with Assessment Scores

Hello,
I would love to get some ideas on how to use Qualtrics to build a survey where the respondents answers are scored in the background without the respondent knowing about it.
Kind of like a personality test or a survey to group people in bands depending on how their cumulative score was at the the end of the survey.
I want some questions to be scored and some question to be not scored.
