Remove brand name from URL

Hi all,
I would like to change my anonymous URL by removing the brand name and change it with something else.
I tried this using costumise link and it worked based on this thread https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/893/remove-brand-name-from-url. However, when I want to try with another survey I did not know why it could not change anymore. I attach the screenshot of how I did it. Any step that I miss?!
