Custom Piped Text E-Mail Triggers?

Hi Everyone

Im hoping this is simple!

Im using some e-mail triggers with piped text from a carry logic forward question.

The problem I'm having is to ensure all the options are displayed I need to add the below.

The problem is lots of blank spaces show it as logic is carried forward in the e-mail received.

Any code I can put before piped text that will disable the text if no option finds its way into the piped text?
