Adding Custom Fields to a dashboard?

On my survey, I have added a custom field that performs a simple calculation ( [field1/field2*100] ).

On my vocalize dashboard, I am looking to add this custom field as a data field. I thought that by adding that survey as a source, it would pop up as a select-able data field.

However, I can't find that field at all and looking at the documentation says that its a supported data field type on a dashboard. Am I missing something here or did my dashboard glitch?

Ok, I solved it.

Best way is to do your calculation in an embedded data field. Instead of creating a custom field formula, I created an new embedded data with the same formula and it picked it up without any problems.

Looks like the dashboard can only pick up data fields on the survey itself, along with embedded data only.
