How to avoid customers retaking the survey multiple times using the anonynous link?

We are using an anonymous survey link to survey customer on assisted chat experience. The customers are responding multiple times from the same link. We have noticed multiple responses from a few customers inspite of enabling "prevent ballot box stuffing" option int he survey options. Also I dont see the "Retake survey" option under survey protection for the survey.

Prevent Ballot box stuffing , is a way to block people from retaking same link from the same browser. If a person changes the browser , device or even puts his browser he can take survey for each of the devices and browsers , once. there are no ways to not allow people to take survey again unless you have a contact list of those who you want to respond through the survey. In this email invite expire after one survey fill.
If you have some information being entered in by the respondent through which you can identify that person uniquely than, you can do one thing :
1) Add authenciator at the start of survey (lets leave how to set it up it for later)
2) After the person 'A' has filled the survey and we know he is a unique person due to the authenciator ,
3) Add the person's detail in contact list after the survey is completed with contact list trigger with the identifing information in externalDataRefernce.
4) Now go to the authenciator add ExternalDataRefernce to authenciator and reduce the number of tries to 1.
5) Now under authenciator add a end of survey element.
6) Now put your survey where authenciator will do when it fails to authenciate
