Why is report breaking answers into Yes, No, Sometimes when that had noting to do with the question?

I just want to know, of the 5 possible choices for 1 question, which one's were selected by the 50 responders. The question has nothing to do with Yes, No, Sometimes, so I don't understand why Qualtrics is breaking the results into those 3 categories.

@Multimedia_Team it sounds like there may be a breakout on your report triggered by another question. Screen shoots would be helpful to the community to help you with your question.
